A DOOR OF MANY
WORDS
by Casey, Cape Elizabeth, grade
5
This is a talking wall, Well, itís not really a wall,
itís a door. Let me tell you a little about it. It is a wooden door
at my grandparentís house. It is brownish in color and has names and
comments from friends and family who have visited us. It is a
bathroom door. It has been a talking wall since the 1960ís.That is
a long time ago, but in 1997 it became a piece of history. It didnít
burn or anything. It just got moved to another house because my
grandparents sold their other house. So, that is what I have to say about
my talking wall.
