Letter from the Presidents

Dear Families,

Good evening fellow CEMS families.  It seems like it's been a year since our last monthly meting.  So many changes and adjustments.  The MSPA is still here, and getting ready for next school year.

Our next meeting will be Tuesday, April 14 at 6:30pm, Live from your most comfortable chair.  Bring your favorite liquid, coffee, tea, or whatever and join us in winding down the school year. Even though the kids are not in the school building we still have a lot to discuss.  Fundraising for one will be an important topic as social distancing has slowed our fundraising with the loss of some small and large events.

Please join us to find out more about how we will proceed with the remainder of the school year and get ready to start strong in September.  If you are interested in helping more with the MSPA this will be the perfect opportunity to meet the board.

Join us. Meeting ID is 517-317-3431. zoom.us

The MSPA Facebook page is a great resource for families, to find out what's going on in the district and at school.  We post as many school emails and resources as we find, and we ask parents to share what resources are working for them and are with the MSPA community.

Just a reminder if you are not receiving emails from the school or district please check your PowerSchool settings or email the school office for help.

Hannaford Grocery Card Fundraiser March Update:  Participants using their Hannaford pre-paid gift cards raised $205 in March for the schools - we receive 5% back from our bulk orders each month.

The next deadline is April 9th.  I will be continuing the program through the school closure as several participants have written out their checks for the entire school year.  I will be reaching out to those individuals before depositing their checks.

**If you wish to send in a check to continue your participation, or if you would like to join the program, you can drop off forms and checks in my home mailbox instead of the school offices.**
Please drop off checks and forms to 6 Pheasant Hill Road (like the bird 🐦), Cape Elizabeth.

For any questions please email me at: allenlaura207@gmail.com.   Stay safe and be well!
