Mindfulness for Parents 2.0
Mondays, March 1-March 22, 7:30pm-8:30pm
Please join us for another four sessions where we dig deeper into mindful parenting. We will explore more ways of anchoring in the present moment, living mindfully, being with difficult emotions, communicating mindfully, cultivating compassion, and of course, whatever is alive in this moment for you. Also, if you were unable to join us for the first four weeks. and already have some familiarity with mindfulness, feel free to join as well!
