In this four week series, we will explore how the concepts of mindfulness come alive in our experience as parents. Learn tools for awareness, self regulation, and compassion in the context of present moment parenting conundrums and wins. Discuss the ups and downs of parenting with others who are in it with you (myself included). New and experienced mindfulness practitioners welcome!
