Happy Friday from CEMS! Lot's going on today - 7th grade students presented their persuasive videos on the topic of "Should AI be regulated by social media to stop the spread of AI created news?" Students also debated the same topic and took either the "yes they should be regulated" or the "no they should be regulated" sides. This was part of an ISTE Digital Citizenship lesson taught by Mr. Huntington with Mr. Filieo's Social Studies classes!
7th Grade students also had a fun time sledding on the CEHS hills during Periods 5 and 6!

We are pleased to report that Cape Public Works & JP Murray have been hard at work plowing, salting, and sanding the roads, sidewalks, and parking lots. Based upon their extra efforts, we can start school on time today (12/10/24). The rest of Cumberland County is also starting on time today.
